MOMIS Scheduler

MOMIS Scheduler is a window-based application designed specifically for healthcare providers in handling the daily appointment scheduling and patient check-in procedures.

Application Highlights

1. MOMIS Scheduler is totally table-driven allowing each individual practitioner to set up his/her practice pattern and the number of days to book ahead.
2. Each doctor can have a uniform schedule for the whole week or different schedules for each day of the week. Different schedules can even be set up for each hour of the day.
3. Schedule templates can be set up for easy maintenance and re-scheduling.
4. Appointment Schedules of different doctors can be displayed side by side on one screen.
5. Appointment timeslots may be reserved for specific visit reasons by applying user defined Rule Codes.
6. Emergency timeslots can be added manually to accommodate ac hoc over-booking situation.
7. Appointment can be booked by calendar day or by what is in the Next Available queue.
8. Simple booking and re-scheduling procedure by
   
   • Drag from a Patient Name and drop into an empty timeslot to book an appointment
     
   • Drag from a booked appointment and drop into an empty timeslot to re-schedule an appointment
9. Recall list helps staff to follow up on patients who need to come in for check up
10. Patients can be put onto waiting list if desired appointment times are filled.
11. Complete booking history for each patient is available, including recall list, waiting list, and cancelled appointments.
12. MOMIS Scheduler can be installed in single PC system or multiple workstations running under a Windows Server network.
